The Charleston Single style home with detached garage is all the rage right now. I’ve spent the last few days tracking down the new communities offering these homes, and thought I’d report on what I’ve found.
The communities I saw in Summerville were White Gables in Saussy Burbank and Mason Park in Weatherstone. Both have lots available. White Gables has some homes under construction that will be ready in the next couple of months. Mason Park is offering HUGE incentives ($40K starting yesterday).
Goose Creek has Foxbank Plantation (this is actually Moncks Corner but it’s only 6 miles from Goose Creek) and Fosters Creek at Liberty Hall Plantation. Foxbank is rolling out some new floor plans in the coming months. They are also planning a new school and 50 acres of commercial property alongside their community. Liberty Hall has a wide range of floor plans to fit every budget, and they have lots of room to build yet. Centex Homes is offering the same floor plans and incentives at Mason Park, Liberty Hall, and Cane Bay.
